Provide your dental treatment; coordinate care with other providers, labs, and specialists involved in your treatment; obtain payment from you and your insurance; and run our practice — scheduling, reminders, and quality of care. We do not sell your health information, and we don't use it for purposes beyond your care and our operations without your written authorization, except where the law requires or permits.
You have the right to see and get a copy of your dental records, request corrections, receive a record of certain disclosures, request limits on how we use or share your information, and choose how we contact you. To exercise any of these rights, contact our office and we'll walk you through it.

If you use our appointment request form, the contact details you submit (name, email, phone) are delivered securely to our office email and used only to respond to you — please don't include medical details in the form; call us instead. The Pay Your Bill link takes you to our payment processor's secure site, which is governed by its own privacy policy. This site does not use advertising trackers.
